At SM Nails Studio, we take pride in the quality of our press-on nails. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
  • We will arrange a free exchange or refund in such cases.

Exchange Process

  • We offer exchange only — no cash refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email at smnailsstudios@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened press-on nail sets
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
